The “Why” of Feedback is Workshop 1 of 6 in Feedback | Level 1: Emerging. This free offer includes the first workshop and the Facilitator Foundations Guide; the full six-workshop course is available separately.

The full course is designed for leaders to run with the same team over time. Ideally, bring everyone together once a week for six weeks. When fortnightly sessions fit your work better, spread the course across 12 weeks.

Between workshops, people use what they have learned in real situations. At the next session, they revisit that experience before adding the next step. Weekly delivery is the preferred rhythm; fortnightly delivery gives more time for workplace practice when needed. 

The time between workshops is part of the learning. Rather than fitting everything into one training day, you give people room to try, reflect, adjust and build on what came before.
