What exactly am I buying?

Do I need to be a trainer or AI expert?

The guides give you the background, wording and activities to lead the session. Allow time to prepare and try the tools yourself. For the later Copilot workshops, check the stated technical requirements and make sure the person leading can access the required features.

Are AI tools or Microsoft licences included?

Your purchase covers the Yzly learning materials and their updates. Your organisation supplies its own approved AI tools and any required subscriptions. Copilot Accelerators need relevant Microsoft 365 Copilot access; later sessions also depend on features, permissions and, where relevant, Copilot Studio access.

Can we use the programs with more than one team?

Yes. You buy once for repeated internal use within one organisation, with no Yzly per-person fees or annual subscription. The licence is for the purchasing business and does not permit external resale or delivery.
