4 programs · 16 courses · $349 each · Pay once, run with every team you have
Start with the problem
Pick the one you keep noticing. Each leads to a program with four levels, so you can start where your team is.
If you keep noticing…
People dread it, dodge it, or give it so vaguely nothing changes.
Start with Feedback ↓If you keep noticing…
Friction turns into silent resentment, then a blow-up.
Start with Difficult Conversations ↓If you keep noticing…
Buried actions, guessed requirements, forty minutes and a "let's keep an eye on it".
Start with Clear Communication ↓If you keep noticing…
Reactions harden before anyone notices the cue, and the team walks on eggshells.
Start with Emotional Intelligence at Work ↓Feedback · 6 workshops a level · 40–45 min
From flinching at "can I give you some feedback?" to a team that asks for it. Built on Situation-Behaviour-Impact and the evidence on psychological safety.

All four programs at Emerging level: 30 workshops that give a team a shared language for feedback, hard conversations, clear messages and composure. Buy three, get the fourth free.
Step 1
Start with the problem you keep noticing. If the topic is new to the team, start at Emerging. Download straight away.
Step 2
You or a team leader runs a 30–45 minute session in a normal meeting slot. The guide has the words, questions and activities.
Step 3
The team tries the skill in actual work, then brings what happened back to the next session. That is what makes it stick.
Start with the problem that costs you most right now. If you can't pick, Feedback is the usual first step: it is the shortest program, there is a free workshop to try, and it underpins the other three.
They share a few ideas on purpose, such as separating facts from stories and describing behaviour rather than character, so teams hear a consistent language. Each program then goes deep on its own skill.
If the topic is new to the team, yes. If your people already have the basics, read the level descriptions above and start where they are.
At Mastering, difficult conversations are about the systems and norms around them, which is specific to each organisation. So Level 4 is a senior-leadership playbook at $99 rather than a facilitated workshop sequence.
You or a team leader. The guide explains the topic in plain language and walks you through the session step by step. No facilitation experience needed.
One purchase gives the buyer permanent use: run the workshops as often as you like, with any group you lead, including client teams if you are a consultant or coach. The one rule is no copying: the files stay with the purchasing organisation and are not passed on, shared or resold.
Four programs, one shared language, led by your own people.
