Before you buy

A few practical answers.

Need help choosing a level or planning your first sessions?

Talk it through with Yzly →
What exactly am I buying?

A digital course kit for your business to run internally: six workshop guides with scripts, timings, activities and scenario prompts, plus the complete toolkit in fillable PDF and editable Word formats. The bundle includes all four courses and 24 workshops. The materials are available to download after purchase.

Who runs the workshops?

You or a colleague brings a group of managers together and leads the sessions using the guides. Allow time to read and prepare, then 40–45 minutes for each workshop and time to practise between sessions. This is a leader-led group learning experience.

Can we adapt the tools to our business?

Yes. Use the Word documents to add your logo and change the wording for your roles and review process. Use the Yzly-branded fillable PDFs when you want to complete a form digitally or print it. Each of the 18 tools comes in both formats.

Do we need to start at Level 1?

Choose the level that fits your managers' current experience and situations. Emerging builds the foundations, Building strengthens routine reviews, Advancing addresses harder cases, and Mastering supports the review system across teams. The four-course bundle gives you the full progression and is your best choice, as each level explores different aspects of the Toolkit.

What does the licence cover?

A one-time purchase gives your organisation permanent internal use, including running the workshops with different groups. There are no per-person fees or subscriptions. The course licence is for the purchasing organisation and does not permit external resale or delivery.

Does the toolkit replace our policies or HR advice?

The templates are starting points to adapt to your business. Formal improvement plans, warnings and conduct issues must follow your organisation's process, with HR or the responsible owner involved. The toolkit does not provide legal advice or replace that process.
