Shipping policy

Digital Delivery

All Yzly products are supplied as digital downloads. We do not sell or ship physical products unless expressly stated on the product page.

Following successful payment, your purchased digital products will be delivered electronically through Pendora Downloads.

In most cases, your download will be available immediately after payment has been successfully processed.

Accessing Your Downloads

Once your order is complete, you will receive:

  • an order confirmation from Shopify;
  • access to your purchased files through Pendora Downloads; and/or
  • an email containing a secure download link or instructions for accessing your purchase.

If you do not receive your download information within a reasonable time, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

Download Availability

It is your responsibility to download and securely store your purchased files after delivery.

Please ensure you provide a valid email address during checkout and retain your purchase confirmation for future reference.

Technical Issues

If you experience difficulty accessing your digital purchase due to:

  • a corrupted or incomplete download;
  • an invalid download link;
  • technical issues with Pendora Downloads;
  • an incorrect file being supplied; or
  • any other delivery issue,

please contact us at contact@yzly.au and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as reasonably possible.

No Physical Shipping

As our products are delivered electronically, shipping fees, postage charges, customs duties and import taxes do not apply.

Delivery Timeframes

Digital downloads are normally available immediately following successful payment. However, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • payment verification;
  • internet connectivity;
  • scheduled maintenance;
  • service outages affecting Shopify, Pendora Downloads or payment providers; or
  • other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Yzly cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party services but will make reasonable efforts to assist customers experiencing delivery issues.
